Attention Customers

We will be switching over to a new billing system as of October 15th, 2021. We will NOT be able to accept any credit card payments via website or inhouse from October 11th after 3:00pm until October 15th, 2021. We will still take cash or check payments in-house but you will need to have your bill or account number with you in order to pay the bill. When you pay your bill in-house you will be issued a hand written receipt for your payment. 

The new online payment system will allow you to log into and create an account of your own and sign up for e-mail billing along with other information concerning your account. We will update the link on the City’s website: to take you to the new program when it is available.
