At the February 15, 2006 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting, the P&Z Commission moved to recommend the draft guidelines and draft sign code to the City Commission for consideration and inclusion into the City's Land Development Code. At the June 8, 2006 regular City Commission meeting the City Commission approved Ordinance #06-03 adopting the Architectural and Site Standards, and approved Ordinance #06-04 adopting the revised Sign Code.
