Seeking City Commission’s approval for Local Emergancy Declaration to coincide with Putnam County and the State’s Emergancy Declarations regarding Tropical Storm Elsa.    Sandbags will be available  to citizens at 7:30 am on Tuesday. Citizens are advised to bring a shovel and be prepared to fill their own sandbags.  Sandbag location: Huntington Landfill: 1551 County Road 308, Crescent City.
