Final FY 2021 Budget Hearing: PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF CRESCENT CITY THE CITY OF CRESCENT CITY COMMISSION WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE SECOND AND FINAL READING ON SEPTEMBER 24, 2020 AT 5:15 P.M., CONCERNING THE ADOPTION OF: ORDINANCE 20-03 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR, APPROVING AND FIXING THE BUDGET; SETTING THE MILLAGE LEVY AT 8.5914; ALLOWING FOR GENERAL OPERATIONS OF THE CITY AND ITS VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS; APPROVING AND FIXING BUDGETS FOR SPECIAL FUNDS AND DEBT SERVICE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2020 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2021. The Hearing will be held via communications media technology in accord with Governor DeSantis Executive Order Number 20-69 issued on March 20, 2020. The City of Crescent City Utility Department has now lifted the boil water advisory that was issued on Tuesday, August 25, 2020 for all affected customers. Sampling has confirmed there was no contamination of the public water system. Water may be used for all purposes without boiling.
