Covid Call Center Established
There are many questions and concerns regarding COVID-19; here are some of the facts. If you have additional questions, Putnam County in conjunction with the Putnam County Health Department has created a COVID-19 call center for the community to address frequently asked questions as well as questions about testing and any concerns with COVID-19.

Update on COVID-19 Booster Shots
The Florida Department of Health in Putnam County (DOH-Putnam) is offering free Testing and COVID-19 vaccinations.

Influenza vaccinations are also available upon request

Boosters for all vaccines are now available including the
Pfizer booster is available for those 16+
Moderna Vaccine is available for those 18+
Johnson & Johnson available for those 18+
Pfizer Vaccine for those 5+
For residents who are under 18 years old, DOH-Putnam is offering only the Pfizer vaccine. For residents 16+ the Pfizer booster is now available, all individuals under 18, a parent/guardian must be present at the time of vaccination and sign the COVID-19 consent form.
