Scope of Work:

The City of Crescent City is seeking qualification for professional Architectual services, for renovation and interior upgrades for City Hall and Annex Building. This project represents an evaluation and recommendations for remodeling and renovation to meet ADA requirements and health and saftey standards; substantial modifications to City Hall; Additional revisions are expected to be identified by staff and the City Commission during the review timeframe.
