CITY OF CRESCENT CITY
The City of Crescent City Commission will hold a Public Hearing for the SECOND AND FINAL READING on February 24, 2021 at 5:30 p.m., concerning the adoption of:
ORDINANCE 2021-01 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CRESCENT CITY ENACTED BY A MINIMUM OF 4/5 (FOUR OF FIVE COMMISSIONERS) OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CRESCENT CITY AS PROVIDED FOR IN SECTION 3.05 OF THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF CRESCENT CITY PROVIDING FOR THE ABOLISHMENT OF THE CRESCENT CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
The City of Crescent City will hold the Hearing on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall, 3 N. Summit Street St., Crescent City, FL 32112 and via Zoom. All interested persons are invited to attend this meeting. The City will be following CDC guidelines and requests all attendees wear masks, maintain social distances, submit to temperature checks and use sanitizer. Seating will be limited. Persons with disabilities requiring accommodations in order to participate in this workshop should contact City Hall at 698-2525 at least 24 hours in advance to request accommodations.
All written and phone comments submitted to the City Commission [email protected] will be distributed to each Commissioner and also be included with the public record but will not be read aloud during the meeting. Anyone wishing to speak will be given the opportunity during the Public Comment sections of the agenda in person or as part of the virtual meeting through Zoom.
