The SPCA will offer a Low-Cost Pet Shot clinic (cats & dogs)
Date: Sunday September 26th 2021. The clinic will be from 12:30 pm till 2:30 pm Crescent City Kennel 1952 US Highway 17, Crescent City
Rabies shots will cost $5.00.
Dog 6 in 1 Distemper/ Parvo Combo. $10.00.
Canine Flu $10.00, Lyme $20.00.
Leptospirosis $10.00.
Cat 4 Way Distemper Combo $10.00.
Feline Leukemia $16.00.
Bordetella $12.00 (kennel cough)
Heartworm Testing $16.00 and Worming $5.00.
Heartworm Prevention and Flea Control products will be available for purchase at a discount.
Proceeds benefit animals.
No appointment needed, clinics open to everyone.
Method of payment for shots-cash; for product purchase- cash or card ( if using card there may be 3% service charge)

WE ARE THE FRIENDLY GROUP THAT REALLY LOVES YOUR PETS!!
Cats must be in a carrier, dogs must be on a secure leash, please tighten dog collars during the clinic so that they don’t slip out.
Attention dog owners: Please keep your distance between dogs, if your dog is not dog/people friendly, bring someone to stay in your vehicle with your pet while you register and we will vaccinate your pet in your vehicle.
The SPCA is not responsible for any injuries you or your pet may receive while attending our vaccination clinics.
