Pre-registration in Putnam County is now available by visiting https://myvaccine.fl.gov/ or by calling (866) 201-7193. The website will allow individuals who are eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine to be contacted for confirmation of the appointment and provide a date and time. On the website, residents can select Putnam County and submit their contact information. Individuals will be contacted by phone call, text or email and will be assisted in scheduling an appointment.
Additionally, as part of the statewide preregistration system, each county has a designated number that individuals can call to pre-register if they do not have internet access, as well as contacting an operator to ask questions regarding the pre-registration system.

If anyone would like to be tested for COVID-19, please visit our Community Testing Site at 1101 Husson Avenue. There is no cost for this testing.
Appointments are not necessary; but please arrive as early as possible; gates open at 8:30.
