Automated Emergency Notification System Registration
NOTE: The e-mail submit button on this form will "NOT" work with web mail, only with stand alone mail programs such as Outlook Unexpected phone calls in the wee hours of the night aren’t always appreciated. The one exception may be automated emergency notification systems, a.k.a. “Outbound Notification System”, which is now available to the residents of Crescent City. Outbound Notification is the City’s effort to establish an efficient way to communicate with residents in cases of emergency, notifying residents on matters concerning adverse weather conditions, natural gas leaks, or boil water notices. Calls can be delivered any time, day or night to a live person, answering machine or cell phone. All Crescent City residents are encouraged to register with the system. Your information will not be made public and will be used only for the registering of the “Outbound Notification System”. Please contact the Crescent City Police Department at 698-1211 or City Hall at 698-2525 to get more information
